1. Right of Withdrawal (pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 – Consumer Code)
The customer/consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 business days of receiving the product without having to provide any reason.
2. Return Procedure
The consumer must send a request via email to [contact email], indicating the order number, the product to be returned, and the reason for the return.
The seller will provide instructions for returning the product.
3. Return Costs
The customer pays shipping costs, unless otherwise specified by the seller.
If the product is defective or non-compliant, the seller will cover the return costs.
4. Refund
The refund, equal to the price paid, will be made within 14 business days of receiving the returned product.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Condition of the returned product
The product must be intact, unused, and in its original packaging.
Any damage caused by use or missing packaging may result in a reduction of the refund.
6. Exclusions
Sealed, personalized, custom-made, or opened products (for hygiene or protection reasons) may be excluded from the right of return, unless defects are present.
