1. Order Processing Times
Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours of receiving payment.
Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery Times
Standard delivery times generally vary between 2 and 15 business days in Italy.
For international shipments, delivery times may vary between 5 and 30 business days, depending on the destination country.
Any delays due to the courier, force majeure, or extraordinary events are not attributable to Tu-MiShop, but we are committed to providing customer support to resolve them.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and clearly displayed during checkout, before confirming the order.
Any additional costs (e.g., customs fees or duties for shipments outside the EU) are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Tracking
Each order is shipped with a tracking number, sent to the customer via email upon shipment.
The customer can monitor the delivery status via the link provided.
5. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order.
Tu-MiShop is not responsible for incomplete or incorrect addresses.
In the event of a failed delivery due to the recipient's absence, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the courier for a new attempt or to collect the package from the designated location.
6. Inspection upon delivery
The customer is required to inspect the package upon delivery.
Any obvious damage to the packaging or suspected tampering must be reported immediately to the courier before signing for delivery, either by accepting the delivery with reservations or by refusing it.

7. Risk of Loss or Damage
The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the customer upon delivery.
In the event of lost or undelivered products, Tu-MiShop will initiate a claim with the carrier and, if the loss is confirmed, will refund or replace the order.
8. Multiple or Partial Orders
In the event of partial unavailability of products, the order may be shipped in multiple instalments. The customer will be informed and will not be charged additional shipping costs for subsequent shipments.
